SicilyGreen Holiday Houses and Apartments 2009

Prices shown are per week per accommodation including bed linen, towels, water, gas and electricity.

Bookings:

Enquiries for availability can be made be telephone or by email. Your booking is considered definite and a contract will exist between you and SiciliyGreen Ltd only when your deposit has been received by us and a letter of confirmation sent to you.

Options:
Provisional bookings can be held for a period of one week (except the Royal Villa Ama-3 days only) during this time you can organise your travel arrangements.

Reservations:

To reserve your choice of villa or apartment please contact us by telephone, email or simply complete the online booking form.

Terms of Payment

A deposit of 50% of the total amount must be made upon booking by bank transfer (I would not take cheques) The remaining 50% to be paid 30 days before arrival

You will receive a rental contract which must be signed and returned to us by post or by email
If you make a booking within 6 weeks of your arrival, you will be asked to pay the full amount once having received the written confirmation.
 

Cancellation Fees

Cancellation must be communicated to us in writing and will take effect the day such notification is received by us.

If for some unforced reason you have to cancel you’re booking the following cancellation fees apply.
15% For cancelations more than 2 months before arrival date.
50% for cancelations 1 month before arrival date.
90% For cancelations less than 30 days before arrival.

SicilyGreen UK is committed to maintaining customer privacy and maintaining the security of any personal data which we receive from you.
Sicily Green UK is committed to responsible data management and subscribes to the principles of data protection legislation in the United Kingdom. Our Data Protection Register number is Z1465571, listed under Teamwork One Wimbledon LLP. Visitors that purchase, promote or use our services will be asked to enter basic personal information. This information on our database is not available for sale and use by third parties, beyond the essential requirement for credit card validation during purchase. The information is used solely for our billing and payment purposes, and notifying customers and partners of future updates to our products or services.

We would strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.
